Hourly Rate: $23.50 - $38.90/hour (based on role/experience)Position Overview:Perform critical diagnostic testing in a high-volume clinical laboratory. Utilize advanced equipment to analyze specimens and deliver accurate data for disease diagnosis, supporting patient care across multiple medical disciplines.Key Responsibilities:Perform various clinical laboratory tests to obtain data for use in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases by following procedures, operating, and maintaining equipment as directed.RequirementsQualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited MLT/MT program
- Licensure: MT/CLS (ASCP) or MLT/CLS (ASCP) certification (required).
- Experience:
- Blood Bank experience (preferred)
- New grads will be considered if they have completed a clinical in a high-volume lab.
- Technical Skills:
- Diagnostic equipment operation
- Specimen analysis/protocol adherence
