
Sr. Manager, SAP Change Enablement

- Implement SAP change management strategies in the areas of change leadership, communications & engagement, change impacts, training, and change effectiveness to support Belden's global SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Collaborate with change team members, program leadership, workstream leads, third-party consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure successful change management outcomes.
- Establish KPIs to track change initiative success, providing regular updates on progress and areas for improvement.
- Identify risks and mitigate resistance to change to support a smooth transition to SAP.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- At least five (5) years of proven experience in change management, with a focus on SAP implementations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including senior leaders and third-party consultants.
- Ability to work within a remote team & in a global environment.
