✅ Growth Opportunities – Real potential for career advancementYour Role as Shipping Clerk:As a Shipping Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring outgoing orders are processed, packaged, and shipped accurately and on time. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with warehouse and production teams. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate shipping records, coordinating with carriers, and supporting overall warehouse operations.Key Responsibilities:🔹 Shipping & DocumentationPrepare and process shipping documents such as bills of lading, packing slips, and labels.Inspect and verify outgoing shipments against sales orders/work orders.Maintain accurate shipping records and update systems with tracking information.🔹 Order FulfillmentVerify and pack orders accurately, ensuring products are in good condition before shipment.Coordinate with carriers (UPS, FedEx, LTL, etc.) to schedule pickups and shipments.Collaborate with receiving and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.🔹 Equipment & SafetyOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely when required.Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.🔹 Other Duties as AssignedWhat You Need to Succeed:✔ Core CompetenciesOrganization and time managementAccuracy and attention to detailProblem-solving skillsDependability and responsibilityTeam collaboration✔ QualificationsPrevious experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations preferredFamiliarity with shipping software (NetSuite is a plus but not required)Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsGood communication skills and ability to work as part of a teamBasic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)Important Information:🚨 Big Bolt LLC participates in E-Verify to confirm employment authorization.
