  • Assist in the purchasing process by preparing and submitting purchase orders to suppliers.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock to meet demand while avoiding overstock.
  • Collaborate with vendors to confirm order details, delivery timelines, and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate item records, including pricing, descriptions, and specifications in the company’s system.
  • Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Support in analyzing inventory trends and providing insights to improve purchasing decisions.
  • Assist in coordinating returns, exchanges, or warranty claims with vendors when necessary.
  • Communicate with internal teams, such as sales and operations, regarding inventory availability and updates.
  • Generate and distribute inventory and purchasing reports as required by management.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Purchasing, Inventory, and Item Manager.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, inventory management, or administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for vendor and team interactions.
  • Ability to understand and follow written instructions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with inventory management or ERP systems (e.g., Acumatica) is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Interest in fitness and wellness is a bonus!
