This is more than a quota-driven sales role—you’ll be instrumental in shaping the customer experience within a rapidly evolving industry. Exceed sales goals by managing a mix of new business, upsells, and cross-sells within a named territory
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, with support from a collaborative team
Manage a high-volume outreach rhythm, including 35+ outbound calls per day (2+ hours of talk time) and daily meeting scheduling
Build strong relationships and deliver tailored solutions to healthcare organizations
Speak fluently to challenges and trends in the long-term care and post-acute space
Maintain a consistent sales funnel through high weekly activity and pipeline management
Leverage tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Outreach.io to optimize your workflow
Requirements:
2+ years of sales experience required. Candidates with strong business development experience ready to move into closing roles are encouraged to apply!
1+ year of experience in SaaS, product, or related technology background
Demonstrated history of exceeding quota and driving revenue growth
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation and presentation abilities
Customer-first mindset with a track record of building lasting client relationships
Adaptability to shifting markets and a continuous learning mindset
Familiarity with modern sales tech stacks (HubSpot, Salesforce, Salesloft, Docusign, etc.) is a plus
Must be legally authorized to work in the US, Avenica is not able to provide sponsorship at this time
Base Salary:
$45,000 - $50,000 DOE annually for Account Executive I + variable commission
$50,000 - $60,000 DOE annually for Account Executive II + variable commission
Commission / On-Target Earnings:
$100K - $115k OTE with strong performers making $115K+ based on this role's uncapped commission structure!
Additional bonus per product sold, with 3x multipliers applied when multiple products are sold in a single deal
