- Orchestrates the spa schedule for our concierge team and ensures proper guest flow
- Rock sales goals by motivating and helping the team to participate in gift card and retail recommendations
- Ensures a positive, consistent guest experience through modeled behavior of our Woodhouse Mission, Vision, and Values
- Participates in leadership meetings, including but not limited to contributing ideas of improvement
- Is extremely organized and has an astute attention to detail, always making sure the front desk is tidy and everyone has a role, and duties to execute for the day.
- Ability to operate as first in command reporting directly to the corresponding Director and the Owner, if needed.
- Must be organized, dependable, a good trouble-shooter, and be able to resolve all issues.
- Accountability to follow all protocols, procedures, and processes.
- Must be comfortable delegating and providing direction.
- Responsible for moving retail and cross-selling the services of the spa.
- Must be relied upon to open and/or close the spa as required.
- Maintain spa aesthetics.
- Computer literate and tech savvy.
- Ability to foster teamwork and strong communication skills.
- Accuracy of information and data entry .
- 2+ years of similar work experience in a management capacity
- Experience in guest relations and management is essential
- Previous experience with administration, computers, organization, communication, retailing, and training.

- Able to reach hands and arms in any direction and kneel, stoop or crouch repeatedly
- Primarily indoor work setting filled with various aromas from our retail products, and soft music playing in the background
- Varying schedule to include evenings, holidays and extended hours as business dictates
