- Set and own the People Insights vision and strategy, defining how data drives workforce, talent, and organizational decisions across FBG.
- Own and mature the People Insights function, establishing operating rhythms for analytics, reporting, and governance. Serve as the functional lead by setting direction, standards, and priorities while scaling capabilities and building the case for future team growth.
- Partner with senior leaders to deliver thought leadership on talent and workforce dynamics, shaping priorities around growth, retention, DEIB, and organizational health.
- Evolve reporting from descriptive to predictive, leveraging AI, statistical modeling, and forecasting to anticipate workforce trends and risks.
- Oversee company-level data architecture and governance, ensuring consistent standards across HRIS, ATS, engagement platforms, and other People systems.
- Champion AI-enabled analytics, evaluating and applying emerging tools to accelerate insight generation and storytelling.
- Enable business leaders with data literacy, building frameworks, scalable tools, and self-service capabilities to democratize insights across the organization.
- Advise on critical People processes (e.g., compensation cycles, performance reviews, workforce planning) with robust data and insights that influence design and outcomes.
- Continuously evolve the function, staying at the forefront of new methodologies, AI applications, and industry benchmarks to keep FBG ahead of the curve.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in People Analytics, HRIS, or People Operations, with at least 3+ years leading company-wide insights initiatives.
- Demonstrated success in setting analytics strategy and influencing executive decision-making in a high-growth or tech-driven environment.
- Proven ability to build and lead teams, with a balance of strategic oversight and technical depth.
- Advanced proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) and analytical methods (SQL, Python, R, or equivalent).
- Hands-on experience with global HRIS and ATS platforms (e.g., Oracle HCM, Greenhouse) and strong knowledge of complex people data structures.
- Expertise in predictive and AI-driven analytics, including workforce modeling, attrition forecasting, and pay equity analysis.
- Strong executive communication and data storytelling skills, with a track record of making complex workforce insights accessible and actionable.
- Experience driving data governance, security, and compliance (GDPR, CCPA) at scale.
- Thought leadership in People Analytics, demonstrated through prior organizational impact, external speaking, or industry contributions.
- Be the founding architect of People Analytics at FBG.
- Influence leadership decisions at the highest level.
