We are dedicated to creating fashion that not only looks good but also makes our customers feel good.About the role:The Ecommerce Senior Product Manager is responsible for developing and building customer-centric app, web mobile, and online shopping experiences, with the goal of driving business growth in support of our ecommerce and omnichannel merchandising strategies.This is a great opportunity to come in and make a huge impact on the digital customer experience at a dynamic and highly visible consumer brand, impacting millions of peoples’ lives while working in a collaborative team environment with an unrivaled culture.The impact you can have:Leading an assigned area of mobile app and ecommerce site experience, serving as both product owner and expert.Collaboration with the VP and fellow product owners to prioritize the ecommerce roadmap.Partnerships with key business stakeholders (Brand, Merchandising, Planning, IT) to elicit and develop feature requirements that align with roadmap and deliver incremental business value.Developing feature requirements (epics, user stories and acceptance criteria) in an agile environment with focus on iterative MVP releases, future learning and ability to pivot.Managing the full agile delivery cycle of new feature requirements: web design, feasibility, sizing, solutioning, SEO design, implementation, QA, UAT, release and measurement.Managing web design for assigned features, leading a web designer from hypothesis through design reviews and selection with ability to communicate and align stakeholders.Ideating and defining conversion optimization test hypotheses, prioritize with fellow ecommerce managers, and manage operational execution with operations teams using Adobe Target.Establish and conduct continual discovery cycles for the product to maximize customer insights, competitor activity, feature requirements, vendors and technologies, feature performance.You’ll bring to the role:Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, preferredMinimum 4 years of experience in ecommerce product management, mobile commerce management, or ecommerce/web merchandisingProven success driving business results at branded retail ecommerce websitesStrong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and project management skillsAn entrepreneurial spirit and drive with the ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic organizationBenefits At KnitWell Group:Merchandise discount at our brands: 50% off regular-priced merchandise at Ann Taylor, LOFT, Lane Bryant & Talbots (in store and online)Support for your individual development plus career mobility within our family of brandsA culture of giving back – local volunteer opportunities, annual donation and volunteer match to eligible nonprofit organizations, and philanthropic activities to support our communities*Medical, dental, vision insurance & 401(K) retirement*Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Time off – paid time off & holidays*Any job offer will consider factors such your qualifications, relevant experience, and skills.
