- Conduct and assist with functional behavior assessments and onboarding new patients
- Provide clinical oversight and program modification for the cases assigned to ensure accelerated patient progress through developing individualized programs, establishing measurement systems, ongoing assessments, and parent guidance
- Manage and develop behavior analytic skills of behavior technicians to promote the delivery of high-quality services
- Responsible for retention of Behavior Technicians under their supervision
- Training behavior technicians, family members, and other caregivers to implement revised protocols
- Manages assigned caseload and utilization of authorized hours of BCBAs in the region
- Supervises and manages BCBAs in the region
- Manage regional Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Quality Indicators (KQIs)
- Supports Area Director with company initiatives and project management as assigned
- Conduct outreach in the market in coordination with the business development team
- Provide staff development, training, and modeling for team members (including caregivers) in strategies and protocols to ensure treatment fidelity and promote generalization of skills across environments
- Maintain compliance with applicable federal and state laws and regulations, and requirements of the BACB.
- Meet regularly with the Area Director to review treatment plans, discuss case conceptualization, and problem solve any barriers to patient progress
- Collaborates with funding sources as needed
- Conduct behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Oversee clinical operations, ensuring high-quality ABA services
- Train and mentor Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for skill development
- Maintain compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize client outcomes
- Minimum 2 years of experience developing intervention programs for individuals with autism or related disorders
- 2+ years preferred
- Strong leadership, mentorship, and problem-solving skills
- Master's degree in behavior analysis or related field
- BCBA certification in active and unrestricted status for at least 5 years.
- Active BCBA licensure (if applicable in the state)
- 5 year experience designing and implementing intervention programs for individuals diagnosed with autism or related disorders
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and programming at all levels (early, intermediate, and advanced)
- Experience providing direction and ongoing supervision for Behavior Technicians as per organization standards
- Valid driver's licenses, reliable transportation, and ability to travel through designated geographic areas
- Preferred Qualifications

- Education: Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
- Certification: BCBA or BCBA-D required
- Arizona Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) Certification
