  • Conduct material and product failure analysis to support our OESL segments
  • Benchmark current products against competitors in the industry
  • Assist with warranty claims
  • Contribute to the development of the global material and product failure analysis team
  • Collaborate with universities and joint labs for future advancements
  • Develop new methods within internal and external OESL groups
  • Solve problems related to FFAs (Field Failure Analysis)
  • Manage chemical and physical material testing activities
QualificationsWHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
  • Bachelor's degree in Rubber/Polymer Technology, Chemistry, Physics, Materials Engineering or related field
  • 2+ years of practical experience in Material Development, Application Engineering, or Product Development
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with external customers
