We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Front Desk Clerk/Cleaner to join our team at our community. This hybrid role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for our guests and residents while maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our office and clubhouse facilities.The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and flexible; someone who can balance front desk duties such as greeting guests, handling reservations, and answering inquiries, with cleaning tasks to ensure our common areas and office and clubhouse facilities are kept to high standards.This is a part-time position, ideal for someone who enjoys both administrative work and hands-on tasks in a hospitality setting.Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk Duties:
- Greet guests, residents, and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries about reservations, availability, and property amenities.
- Assist with guest check-ins/check-outs, registration, and payments.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, occupancy, and customer interactions.
- Provide information about community guidelines, park rules, and local attractions.
- Perform cleaning tasks, including:
- Wiping down and sanitizing the front desk and lobby areas.
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming common spaces.
- Maintaining clean bath showers, restrooms, and ensuring supplies are stocked.
- Emptying trash bins and keeping shared areas neat and presentable.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, and reservation systems).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage both clerical and cleaning responsibilities.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Part-Time | $14.00 per hour
- Approximately 20–25 hours per week (varies by season and property needs).
