This role would be a long-term contract/contract-to-hire role.The Project Management Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of operational and production projects. This role requires a hands-on leader who demonstrates integrity, accountability, and professionalism, while fostering strong communication and collaboration across internal departments and external partners. The Supervisor ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiencyKey ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Management
  • Lead by example in attendance, behavior, and attitude, setting the standard for professionalism.
  • Conduct and lead daily team meetings to review priorities, progress, and challenges.
  • Be available and approachable to both team members and management for support, guidance, and decision-making.
  • Promote a positive, productive, and collaborative work environment.
Communication
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding project updates and coordination.
  • Communicate effectively using multiple channels (Email, Teams, Zoom, phone, and in- person meetings).
  • Collaborate with external teams such as Sales, Project Coordinators, Logistics, and Production Planning.
  • Maintain strong communication with internal partners including Management, Inbound/Outbound Operations, Inventory Control, EDI, Product Integrity (QC), and Procurement.
Project & Production Planning
  • Develop and manage detailed project timelines, milestones, and deadlines.
  • Estimate and allocate manpower, manhours, and resources needed to successfully complete projects.
  • Prepare and maintain material checklists and ensure availability of necessary supplies.
  • Coordinate workspace and equipment needs (e.g., tables, tape dispensers, heat sealers, tag guns, etc.).
  • Design project workflows and layouts to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Reporting & Accountability
  • Maintain and update the project calendar with active and upcoming projects.
  • Track and report project manhours, labor usage, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project costs and provide accurate reporting to management.
  • Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and accessible.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in project management, production supervision, or a related leadership role.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High level of integrity and commitment to accountability.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, communication platforms (Teams, Zoom), and MS Office Suite.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Preferred Competencies
  • Experience in operations, logistics, production planning, or supply chain management.
  • Knowledge of workflow design, process optimization, and cost-control strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
