This role involves leading support initiatives, managing IT projects, and mentoring junior team members. The Senior Desktop Support Specialist collaborates with other IT departments to develop and implement strategies for improving desktop support, video conference support, and system efficiency.Job Description:Essential Responsibilities:
  • Provide advanced technical support to end-users, resolving complex hardware and software issues
  • Lead support initiatives and manage IT projects related to desktop systems
  • Mentor and train junior team members, providing guidance and support
  • Develop and implement strategies for improving desktop support and system efficiency
  • Maintain and update desktop systems, including software installations and upgrades
  • Collaborate with other IT departments to ensure seamless integration and operation of desktop systems
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
