- Lead the development of new products, from concept to production, ensuring that they meet customer requirements and are cost-effective to manufacture.
- Design and develop complex circuit boards, taking into account factors such as power consumption, thermal management, and signal integrity.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to ensure that products meet regulatory and safety requirements.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement test plans and procedures to verify the functionality and reliability of products.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure that components and materials meet specifications and are available on time and within budget.
- Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in technology and industry trends related to product design and circuit board development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in product design and circuit board development.
- Strong understanding of circuit board design principles, including power management, thermal management, and signal integrity.
