What you’ll do as a Sr Specialist Inventory Management
  • Analyze warehouse inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Recommend to warehouse manager and help implement strategies that optimize inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency.
  • Maintain and extract reports from SAP related to inventory levels, stock movements, and order fulfillment.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports for management.
  • Identify and investigate inventory variances, root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Support cycle counting, inventory audits, and reconciliations.
  • Assist in demand forecasting, space planning, and product flow optimization.
  • Ensure data integrity within SAP and collaborate with IT or external support as needed to resolve system issues.
  • Recommend improvements to inventory control policies and warehouse procedures.
What you’ll need
  • To be 18 years of age or older
  • Authorization to work in the United States for this company
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, inventory management, or supply chain analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP (preferably modules related to inventory and warehouse management).
  • Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Lean or Six Sigma certification a plus.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing or distribution environments.
