What you’ll do as a Sr Specialist Inventory Management
Analyze warehouse inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
Recommend to warehouse manager and help implement strategies that optimize inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency.
Maintain and extract reports from SAP related to inventory levels, stock movements, and order fulfillment.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports for management.
Identify and investigate inventory variances, root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Support cycle counting, inventory audits, and reconciliations.
Assist in demand forecasting, space planning, and product flow optimization.
Ensure data integrity within SAP and collaborate with IT or external support as needed to resolve system issues.
Recommend improvements to inventory control policies and warehouse procedures.
What you’ll need
To be 18 years of age or older
Authorization to work in the United States for this company
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience in logistics, inventory management, or supply chain analysis.
Hands-on experience with SAP (preferably modules related to inventory and warehouse management).
Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
Lean or Six Sigma certification a plus.
Familiarity with manufacturing or distribution environments.
