
Territory Service Manager - Los Angeles

- Regularly visit and engage with existing Pro Partner (PP) end-users within the assigned territory to build strong, trusted relationships.
- Conduct on-site assessments of tool usage, identify potential tool performance issues or service needs, and provide immediate solutions or escalate as necessary.
- Act as the primary point of contact for service-related inquiries, technical guidance, and warranty claims for assigned PP accounts.
- Travel to shipping locations (Bosch Service Centers, Bosch Assigned T-Force Drop off locations, FedEx, or UPS) to package and ship customers tools that were picked up for repair.
- Proactively identify new sales opportunities with new and existing Pro Partner accounts during service interactions. Driving leads to Sales Development Management team.
- Develop strong working relationships with local Bosch sales and service teams.
- Support sales managers with jobsite activation, tool demos, and other sale initiatives.
- Administer the TSM Loaner Tool Program for Pro Partners, adhering to established guidelines (e.g., minimum tool value for loaner eligibility: $400 for tools beyond impacts, drill drivers, and grinders).
- Execute on-site loaner tool deployments and pickups: Obtain a Purchase Order (PO) from the PP on-site for loaner tool issuance to allow for billing in case of loss or theft.
- Establish and communicate "milk run" schedules for predictable tool pick-up and delivery.
- Daily usage and engagement of Bosch's CRM, C4C, customer management system.
- Manage personal service schedule efficiently to optimize territory coverage and customer satisfaction.
- Territory - Los Angeles, Orange County and Inland Empire.
- High School diploma required
- Bilingual ability in both English and Spanish preferred
- 1 - 3 years of experience in a field service, customer support, or account management role, preferably within the power tools, construction, or industrial sectors preferred
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a field-based environment.
- Demonstrate strong time management while navigating the assigned territory.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory (up to 90% of the time, depending on territory size).
- Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs. and perform physical tasks associated with tool handling and basic on-site assessment.
- Comfortable working in various environments (e.g., construction sites, workshops, industrial settings).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Must be located in the greater Los Angeles area.
