Managing all phases of ground-up multifamily construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
Coordinating with internal development, design, and property management teams to ensure alignment across all phases
Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work
Overseeing subcontractor selection, bidding, and contract negotiation
Monitoring daily construction activities to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with plans and specifications
Leading weekly project meetings and providing regular progress updates to leadership
Reviewing and approving change orders, RFIs, and submittals
Ensuring adherence to local building codes, permitting processes, and inspections
Resolving on-site issues and delays proactively to keep projects on track
Supporting project turnover and transition to property management upon completion

5+ years of experience in multifamily construction project management (ground-up preferred)
Experience managing projects valued at $20M+
Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Procore), and budgeting tools
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
Experience working with in-house development teams a plus
