- Lead the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery through pitch, proposal, and close.
- Balance quick-turn, project-based pitches with longer-lead opportunities, specific to media
- Sell solutions that are actionable, measurable, and built for longevity—so what we win, we keep.
- Partner with media, creative, and strategy teams to craft digital and creative solutions that inspire clients and deliver results.
- Build clear roadmaps, outcomes, and KPIs into every proposal so clients see the path to success from day one.
- 5–8 years of digital media sales experience in business development, sales, or client leadership.
- Proven ability to win paid media business—from discovery to signed deal.
- Deep understanding of the digital landscape: paid social, SEM, programmatic, retail media, influencer, and creative.
- A consultative storyteller who can turn client challenges into smart, compelling solutions, & own the room in a pitch.

- A competitive salary of $90,000 - $110,000, depending on experience, with a bonus structure
