Assembly Operator

• Assemble products on the line by following diagrams, schematics, blueprints, or written instructions.
• Ensure safety and efficiency by adhering to established operational procedures.
• Inspect finished products for quality, identifying and addressing any defects or faults.
• Load components onto the assembly line and pack completed items for storage or shipping.
• Monitor and halt the assembly process if machinery fails or significant defects are detected.
• Maintain accurate records of mechanical repairs, adjustments, and downtime.
• Use tools and equipment to build or repair parts and products as needed.
• Interpret technical documents and follow verbal or written instructions accurately.

• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• Capable of performing effectively under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Physically fit with the stamina to lift heavy equipment and stand for extended periods.
• Previous experience in assembly or production environments is a plus but not required.
• Skilled in understanding and applying technical documents, such as schematics and diagrams.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with tools.
• Dedicated to upholding workplace safety and ensuring operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
