Our client, a growing Dallas area law firm, has a great opportunity available for an experienced Trusts & Estates Paralegal with substantial experience supporting high-volume, high-stakes matters in both transactional estate planning and probate/trust litigation. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in a law firm or legal department with a focus on estate planning, trust administration, probate court processes, and fiduciary disputes.Job Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience in trusts & estates and probate litigation
Extensive knowledge of estate planning documents and probate court procedures
Experience with drafting pleadings, petitions, accountings, and discovery
Ability to handle a fast-paced workload and meet strict deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Skills and Knowledge
In-depth understanding of probate litigation, estate planning, and trust administration
Skilled in drafting and filing court documents and managing deadlines
Knowledge of local and state court systems, including e-filing platforms
Excellent legal research and writing ability
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive client matters
Detail-oriented with time management and case tracking skills
