Summary of PositionAs a Service Business Development Representative, you would serve as a front-line representative for the Service Department. You would be an integral part of creating valuable, lifelong customer relationships and would directly impact the customer experience at Knudtsen Foothills. Continuing product, process, and service specific training would be provided.Responsibilities
  • Assist customers of overflow phone calls for the service desk and schedule appointments if needed.
  • Promptly respond to and/or generate service leads with customer history, thus making a quality and timely response to customers via their preferred method of contact. Schedule appointments as necessary.
  • Make outbound phone calls to confirm appointments 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, and within 24 hours of a missed appointment to reschedule.
  • Call customers after warranty service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide back-up to service Warranty Administrator.
Qualifications
  • A team player focused on providing exemplary customer service.
  • Self-motivated and hard-working.
  • Basic computer skills, working ability of Word, Excel, etc., and ability to learn database management software.
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills, and the ability to read and interpret documents.
  • Have a valid driver’s license.
  • Pass a motor vehicle report and possess a safe driving record.
  • Pass a criminal background check, credit check, and drug test. Also subject to random drug testing at the company’s request.
