  • Set Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, with some evening and weekend responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
  • Deliver broad HR support in employee engagement, benefits, safety, and more
  • Partner with department managers on recruitment and onboarding
  • Support training and development initiatives
  • Lead employee engagement and recognition programs
  • Respond to HR inquiries and assist with conflict resolution
  • Ensure compliance with state/federal employment laws and ABHM policies
  • Uphold and promote ABHM’s mission and core values
What You’ll Need:
  • Must be 18+ years old
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • 2+ years of Human Resources experience required
  • Experience in recruiting, onboarding, engagement, and employee relations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with HRIS/payroll systems such as UKG, ADP, or Dayforce
  • Healthcare or related industry experience preferred
