Set Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, with some evening and weekend responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
Deliver broad HR support in employee engagement, benefits, safety, and more
Partner with department managers on recruitment and onboarding
Support training and development initiatives
Lead employee engagement and recognition programs
Respond to HR inquiries and assist with conflict resolution
Ensure compliance with state/federal employment laws and ABHM policies
Uphold and promote ABHM’s mission and core values
What You’ll Need:
Must be 18+ years old
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required
2+ years of Human Resources experience required
Experience in recruiting, onboarding, engagement, and employee relations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with HRIS/payroll systems such as UKG, ADP, or Dayforce
Healthcare or related industry experience preferred
