
Client Service Associate, Sales & Trading

- Track client documentation and trade settlement processes
- Execute trades on a reverse inquiry basis
- Act as primary liaison between front office and operations team for sales & trading desks
- Execute assigned responsibilities proactively autonomously
- Develop a working knowledge of the products and capabilities of the assigned business
- Provide support for client relationships and ensure consistency and continuity in their support rule
- Act as the first point of escalation for client service requests
- Assist various departments to complete client requests
- Provide technical and operational support to new clients
- Perform other tasks and duties as required and assigned
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
- 1+ year relevant customer service experience preferred
- Securities industry experience a strong plus
- FINRA Series 7 license preferred
- Extremely strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Excellent problem-solving skills, 'can-do,' attitude and strong attention to detail required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential
- Ability to prioritize daily work flow and multi-task to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
