Adecco Staffing is working with a company in Greenfield! We are seeking Maintenance Technicians on both Day and Night Shift.Schedule: 12 hour rotating, day and night shifts are availablePay: $23-$29/hour DOE and shift preferenceResponsibilities:Perform preventative maintenance on production machinery (per CMMS schedule)Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systemsSupport daily operations by assisting machine operators with setups and changeoversMaintain accurate records in the CMMS and PDE systemsDiagnose and replace defective parts, motors, gearboxes, and other componentsMaintain and organize parts inventory and documentationFollow and complete maintenance checklists and safety proceduresCommunicate with production and leadership to prioritize urgent maintenance needsUse shop tools such as grinders, drills, and micrometersAssist with basic welding and fabrication tasks (or willingness to learn)Travel locally to source parts, as neededRequirements:High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)Current valid driver's license and reliable transportationExperience with tools: drills, grinders, hammer drills, micrometers, etc.Ability to read and interpret manuals, technical diagrams, and instructionsStrong communication skills (verbal and written)Ability to compute basic math, percentages, and interpret graphsComfortable with problem-solving and adapting to changing prioritiesSome welding experience is a plus - or willingness to learnPhysical Requirements:Lift/move items up to 50 lbsPush/pull objects up to 250 lbs with assistanceStand, walk, kneel, bend, twist, and climb throughout the shiftPerform tasks in tight or awkward spacesWork 12-hour shifts and perform repetitive tasksGood vision (close-up and depth perception) requiredWhy work with Adecco?Competitive pay and long-term career opportunityWork with a supportive team in a safety-first environmentOn-the-job training and potential for upskillingWeekly pay through AdeccoTemp-to-hire opportunity with full-time benefits down the roadIf you are interested AND qualified, please apply with your updated resume!Pay Details: $23.00 to $29.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
