- 5+ years in electrical construction project sales or switchgear/construction departments
- Proven direct sales track record with measurable results
- Expert-level knowledge of electrical services, products, and distribution networks
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills that build trust and close deals
- Proficiency with CRM and quoting systems
- Customer service excellence that creates raving fan
- Hands-on experience with Siemens, ABB, Eaton, or Allen Bradley low voltage solutions
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical experience
