- Managing projects, tasks, and leading small multidisciplinary technical teams
- Working directly with public works staff and delivering exceptional client service
- Writing technical memorandums, engineering reports, and planning studies
- Identifying and leading business development efforts in water system planning
- B.S. or M.S. in Engineering from an accredited school
- Licensed as a professional engineer in one of the states in which we operate including Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and/or California, or the ability to obtain by reciprocity upon employment
- 8 + years of relevant experience in water distribution and/or sewer collection system modeling
- Proven ability to manage internal staff as well as sub-consultant teams
- Strong background in closed conduit, open channel hydraulics, and pump station operations
- Proven technical report writing skills
- Ability to utilize GIS for analysis, model integration, and figure generation
- Working knowledge of modeling software (EPASWMM, EPANET, SWMM, InfoWater, InfoSWMM, WaterCAD/GEMs, SewerCAD/GEMs, etc.)
