
Category Manager - Intern/Hybrid Co-op

- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Assist in analyzing market data to inform category strategies.
- Data Management: Collect, organize, and analyze sales data, inventory levels, and product performance metrics. Assist in generating reports and presentations for the Category Management team.
- Category Strategy Support: Assist in the development and implementation of category strategies to optimize product and pricing assortments that maximize profitability.
- Operate in a global teaming model
- Supporting current products and launching new products in a diverse product portfolio
- Actively participate in optimizing pricing and channel strategy by region to compete globally
- Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience: Previous internship or relevant experience in retail, marketing, or supply chain management is a plus but not required.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn. A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for category management.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States immediately, without the need for sponsorship, now or in the future.
- The ability to coordinate numerous projects in a professional and ethical manner
- Previous experience in manufacturing setting preferred
- Must be a self-starter capable of working both independently, as well as part of a team
- Must be willing to work more than 40 hours per week periodically to complete the job
