New Hire Incentive available up to $8,000 for those who qualify.This is a Full-Time position (80 hours per pay period) with an 8-hour varied shift. The role may include some weekends and evening hours and is based at Scripps Clinic in Carmel Valley.   • New Graduates (Must have at least 1 year of radiologic Tech experience)
In order to remain eligible for your retention incentive the following criteria must be met:​
  • Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offer letter)​
  • Must remain in original department/specialty​
  • Must remain in original Job Title​
  • Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter.

  • CRT
  • FLUORO Eligible (Must obtain Fluoro within 6 months of hire date)
  • BLS from the American Heart Association
  • Completion of a formal training/educational program in an approved school of Radiology Technology
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • ARRT
  • Strong OR Imaging experience
  • Knowledge of patient focused care delivery
