Experienced Dispatcher Needed... Immediate Start

• Personable and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Have good computer & technology skills, well organized and have excellent multi-tasking skills. .
• Ensures customer/client satisfaction through superior customer interaction from the reservation through the closing out of the trip
• Promotes safety, security and sensitivity throughout the organization.
• Assigns vehicles (in company rotation) to Chauffeur and instruct the Chauffeurs of each itinerary.
• Monitor and update dispatch board for any changes and possible difficulties. .
• Update detailed information regarding Driver, reservation and vehicle problems
• Report all vehicle issues as they come up from the inspection, complete paperwork .
