This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing equipment rental team. You’ll be responsible for achieving maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory by creating relationships with those who build our communities. The product focus is aerial and general construction equipment. You’ll present, promote and sell to existing and prospective customers to achieve sales targets. You’ll get internal support for financing, service, parts and maintenance to provide a full solution to your clients. The successful applicant will be provided a company vehicle.   • Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/services.
  • Promote RAKA's products and related services by establishing, nurturing and maintaining relationships with current customers and prospective customers in an assigned territory
  • Make telephone calls, other forms of digital touch-points, and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
  • Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
  • Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
  • Coordinate sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential and pre-qualifies value of existing and prospective customers to the organization.
  • Plan and organize personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the territory/segment.
  • Keep abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas.
