- Asset & Photo Management: Maintain and organize digital assets, ensuring GS1 compliance and alignment with brand standards.
- Marketing Collateral Creation: Assist in designing and producing sales tools, product sheets, and promotional materials using Canva or similar platforms.
- Promotional Inventory Oversight: Manage branded merchandise and promotional item inventory, ordering, and distribution for trade shows and customer events.
- Presentation Development: Create compelling sales presentations and customer-facing decks, incorporating basic video editing and graphic design.
- Event Planning & Execution: Coordinate logistics for customer visits, trade shows, and internal events-including vendor management, catering, travel, and on-site support.
- Calendar & Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and support team alignment across departments.
- Internal Communications: Assist in developing internal newsletters, onboarding kits, and team updates.
- New Hire Onboarding: Prepare workspaces, supplies, and welcome materials for new team members.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Solutions to support initiatives and ensure smooth execution.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and design tools (Canva or similar platforms).
- Basic video editing skills (e.g., Canva, iMovie or similar platforms).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and project management tools is a plus.
- Event planning or coordination experience preferred.
- Experience in a marketing, sales support, or administrative role.
- Experience in the foodservice industry is a strong plus.
