- Technician project team lead for a small team.
- Makes independent decisions when completing technical assignments and projects.
- Coaching and reviewing the work of lower level professionals.
- Schedule and plan work for a team and provide input in performance evaluation and people development.
- Managing programs / processes, working independently with limited oversight from manager.
- Performs detailed budget analysis for projects and financial impact on project costs.
- Oversees that all of the daily GIS database entries are made timely in order for a facility locaters to have themost up-to-date information when working in the field, as it relates to dig safe mark outs and distribution systemmark outs, required for the C&M street crews and outsidecontractors.
- Have the knowledge of developing and implementing analysis tools (i.e. reports and software keys “short cutkeys”) that could be used by various department as an aide in their required reporting requirements, includingthe Company’s DIMP Plan.

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Engineering and/or Geography
- 5 to 10 years of experience
