Job Description DPR is seeking a strategic and dynamic AI Engagement Manager to lead the development and delivery of enterprise-scale AI solutions. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, bridging the gap between AI technology and business value. You will be responsible for identifying impactful AI use cases, translating business requirements into actionable specifications, coordinating with AI engineering teams, and driving the successful deployment and adoption of AI solutions.The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Responsibilities
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases that align with organizational goals.
  • Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements and solution specifications.
  • Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to ensure timely and scalable deployment of AI solutions.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including task breakdowns, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Monitor and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring successful execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Quantify and track the business value delivered by AI solutions, ensuring measurable outcomes and ROI.
  • Advise executive stakeholders on AI strategy, roadmap development, and emerging opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality internal and external communications, including presentations, reports, and stakeholder updates.
  • Stay at the top of emerging AI technologies, tools, and industry best practices to inform solution design and strategy.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in product or engagement management focused on AI or machine learning solutions.
  • Proven experience leading customer engagements with significant exposure to AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, data engineering, and solution architecture.
  • Strong understanding of AI domains such as machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), large language models (LLMs), and computer vision.
  • 5+ years of project management experience, with a demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross- functional initiatives.
  • Ability to translate abstract business challenges into concrete AI solutions.
  • Analytical mindset with a commitment to data-driven decision-making and process improvement.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities and a passion for digital transformation.
