POSITION SUMMARY:The primary function of this position is to provide application support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and training for your assigned CPH applications, and backup support for other CPH supported applications. Aligned with industry practice this role will provide proper planning, training, testing, implementation, administration and maintenance of applications supporting the hospital’s business operations for internal and external users, utilizing non custom scripting languages and frameworks, data analytics, and SAAS applications. This includes integration and information exchange support, as well as project responsibilities. In this role, you will participate in the selection, development, implementation, testing, and documentation of software applications to effectively support the clinical and business information system needs. As a member of the IS team, you will participate in improving overall IS service to CPH and its business affiliates.REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma/GED
3 years of experience working in a Healthcare Information Systems setting.
2 years experience with EMR, PACS, ERP or other healthcare applications.
PREFERRED:
Associate's degree in Information Services
Medical Terminology
Formal Project Management education and proficiency
