
Inventory Specialist

- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts of inventory to maintain accurate stock levels.· Conduct thorough audits of tool inventory, ensuring all items are accounted for and in good condition.
- Identify, research, and reconcile inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Accurately enter data into the inventory management system (IMS) and ERP software to update records, process adjustments, and generate reports.
- Safely operate a forklift (sit-down) to move, locate, and put away palletized inventory as needed.
- Assist in investigating the root cause of inventory variances and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in the warehouse and storage areas.
- Safely handle, move, and organize materials; able to lift 30 pounds repeatedly without assistance.
- Collaborate with the purchasing, warehouse, and operations teams to support inventory needs.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- · High school diploma or equivalent required.
· Forklift experience and certification is a strong plus.
· Proficient computer skills and experience with data entry; familiarity with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Fishbowl) a plus.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy is non-negotiable.
· Excellent basic math skills for counting and calculating quantities.
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
· Reliable, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to completing tasks correctly.

· Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
