This includes overseeing the daily dispatching and efficiencies of the service technicians and department. Other duties include customer relations, reviewing all billing and warranty claims, interaction with the other managers in respect to their warranty and installation needs. Responsible for making sure that all service techs are properly trained. The Service Manager is expected to handle all aspects of the service department and to ensure its continued profitability and growth.Pay: $80-130k - base salary plus commission and bonusesWork Hours: Mon- Fri 7:00 a.m. to 4 p.m. Schedule may vary.   • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • 7+ years experience in the HVAC field - both service and install preferred
  • Able to communicate clearly in English both verbally and in writing
  • Management experience in a trade industry. HVAC preferred
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Familiarity will all applicable codes preferred
  • Ability to read business reports and translate information into actionable items
  • Strong leadership and training abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
