- Responsible for recruiting exempt and non-exempt positions while helping develop and support the branding of Peak Vista as an employer of choice.
- Partners with hiring managers to define requirements, sourcing candidates, facilitating and conducting interviews and selections, organizing offers.
- Develops and maintains a resource rich candidate pipeline for Peak Vista openings.
- Assists in building candidate pipeline for future staffing needs.
- Facilitates a positive end-to-end candidate experience (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and on-boarding) and ensure it follows best-in-class practices and enthusiastically communicates the employment value proposition, reflects the brand and is an engaging candidate experience.
- Proactively sources active and passive candidates from online databases, contact lists, internal databases, community resources, networking and employee referrals.
- Utilizes job boards, networks, forums, blogs, and social media to find qualified candidates.
- Creates positive relationships with all hiring managers and ensure that they are kept up to date with the status of their open positions and offers.
- Assists with preparing and monitoring recruiting metrics, analyzes data, builds upon talent acquisition analytics to provide the insight to continuously improve the recruiting marketing strategy.
- Improves Peak Vista’s talent acquisition strategies related to social media channels including LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter.
- Prepares and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges/career centers etc.
- Creates and updates workflows and ensuring feedback is obtained from all interviewers in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) software.
- Assists in creating or updating relevant processes as needed for continuous process improvement and best practices.
- Ability to travel inside and outside of the Colorado Springs area, as needed to facilitate the recruiting process.

- Develops and maintains good working relationships with all departments, the management team, medical staff, and leadership.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recruiting or human resources experience required; proactive sourcing or healthcare talent acquisition experience preferred.*Successful candidates will complete pre-employment screening; which includes, but is not limited to a Criminal Background check.
