- Design, configure, and maintain Jira Software and Jira ITSM projects within Atlassian Cloud.
- Develop, optimize, and manage JQL queries, workflows, automations, and permissions to support business operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement scalable Jira solutions.
- Utilize Jira REST APIs, HTML, and JavaScript for customizations, integrations, and automation.
- Manage key plugins such as ScriptRunner, JMWE, and Email This Issue to extend functionality.
- Provide clear, well-structured documentation and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support Jira on-premise to cloud migration projects, including workflows, data, and configurations as required.
- Strong experience in Jira administration and development, with a focus on Jira Cloud environments.
- Expert-level proficiency in JQL (Jira Query Language) for creating complex queries.
- Hands-on experience configuring Jira ITSM workflows, permissions, and automations.
- Familiarity with Jira REST APIs, HTML, and JavaScript for custom development and integrations.
- Experience with plugins like ScriptRunner, JMWE, and Email This Issue.
- Knowledge of Atlassian Access and understanding of Active Directory and access controls.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (CEFR C2 or equivalent).
- Proven ability to document technical processes clearly and communicate with stakeholders effectively.
