- Oversee the clinical supervision and administration of all nursing services.
- Implement and maintain nursing objectives, standards, policies, and procedures, revising them as necessary.
- Provide clinical guidance to nursing staff, including LPNs, CNAs, and other care team members.
- Collaborate with community administrators to ensure all staff receive necessary orientation and training.
- Conduct regular assessments of residents and ensure all required documentation is up-to-date.
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and Americare regulations.
- Manage medication systems and ensure they meet regulatory guidelines and resident needs.
- Play a key role in quality assurance by maintaining community standards, assisting with inspections, and upholding a safe, home-like environment for residents.
- Licensure: A current state nursing license (LPN).
- Experience: A proven track record in nursing leadership, preferably in senior living or long-term care environments.
- Skills: Strong clinical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage both the administrative and hands-on aspects of nursing care.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work closely with staff, administrators, and families.

- Stand, sit, walk, bend, and change positions frequently.
- Lift up to 25 lbs. and assist in transferring residents as needed.
- Push/pull up to 100 lbs. and maneuver wheelchairs (up to 350 lbs.).
- Assist in lowering residents to the floor during falls.
- Use safety equipment, including gait belts and mechanical lifts.
- Perform tasks requiring good vision, hearing, and verbal communication.
