Mid-sized design/build general contractor is actively seeking a superintendent to join their team due to growth in their project pipeline. This firm has been building in SE Wiconsin for over 75 years, and in that time has developed an exceptional market reputation, leading to high levels of stability for their field staff.   • Supervise daily on-site construction activities and workforce.
  • Ensure projects are executed according to plans, specifications, and schedules.
  • Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and labor crews on site.
  • Inspect workmanship and materials for quality control.
  • Address and resolve on-site issues and delays promptly.
  • Communicate progress and concerns to the project manager.
  • Maintain accurate daily logs, reports, and documentation.

  • 5+ years in a commercial superintendent role
  • Experience with ground-up projects valued at $5M+
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Track record of maintaining clean and safe work sites
