- Lead learning operations including program logistics, communications, registration, and evaluations.
- Manage learning technology platforms (e.g., LMS, LXP, virtual delivery tools), ensuring seamless learner experiences, platform optimization, and data integrity.
- Oversee vendor relationships, including sourcing, contracting, onboarding, integration, and vendor performance management of large scale enterprise agreements.
- Own and manage the L&D budget, including forecasting, tracking, and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
- Use data analytics and feedback mechanisms to evaluate program effectiveness and business impact; develop and maintain reporting frameworks that track engagement, behavior change, and outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying learning trends and applying emerging methodologies, including social learning, microlearning, and on-the-job application strategies.
- Develop and execute innovative, high-impact learning strategies aligned to business goals and evolving talent needs.
- Design and deliver blended learning programs - including flagship leadership development offerings for Senior Executives, as well as just-in-time and business-specific learning solutions.
- Lead end-to-end learning journeys from onboarding through advanced leadership development, ensuring scalability, learner engagement, and measurable impact.
- Oversee the successful planning and execution of firmwide learning initiatives, including instructor-led (virtual and in-person), self-paced, and experiential learning formats.
- Facilitate training sessions as needed, tailoring content and delivery style to diverse audiences and fostering high levels of engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, business leaders, and end users to conduct learning needs assessments and translate findings into actionable programming.
- Act as a thought partner and coach to business leaders, sharing insights on learning trends, best practices, and ways to build a culture of continuous development.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure learning initiatives reflect firm culture, business priorities, and global consistency.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience within a Learning & Development function, with a strong emphasis on leading and scaling learning operations
- Proven experience managing complex, large-scale Learning & Development budgets, including forecasting, cost control, and alignment with strategic priorities.
- Experience managing learning technology platforms (e.g., LMS, LXP), including configuration and optimization.
- Experience serving as a consultant/advisor in analyzing client needs; setting and managing expectations and influencing decisions.
- Proven ability to prioritize and complete multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Experience in instructional methods and training techniques including curriculum design principles, adult learning theory, blended learning strategies/solutions including micro-learning offerings, and group facilitation.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Solid influencing, negotiation and facilitation skills with the ability to foster and maintain collaborative relationships with clients, peers, subordinates and other key stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills. Must have the ability to document and communicate project plans, monitor work in progress, and achieve project milestones/end results for others to understand.
- Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, and learning development tools.
- Previous experience working in the professional services industry.
- Proven experience working in a global organization.
- Experience with social learning platforms and collaboration tools is highly preferred.
