All schedules will be M-F, training will be M-F 8-4:30am local time - Must attend all 6 weeks without preplanned time off.
Post training contingents will transition to M-F with hours that they agree upon with the business- Estimated Start times: 8:00 AM, 9:00 AM, 10:15 AM, 11:15 AM, 12:15 PM.
Fully Remote, but must live in FL
Benefit Care Representative Compensation
The pay for this position is $19.00 an hour
Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Benefit Care Representative Responsibilities
You will be assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans via incoming phone calls.
You will take inbound calls and answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage and mail order prescriptions so that our members better understand their coverage and options.
You will have the opportunity to service a variety of clients and call types as our business is every changing and evolving.
Benefit Care Representative Requirements
High School Diploma/GED
Experienced with inbound/outbound calling
Experienced with Medicare, Benefits, Insurance
