Winsupply is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Vendor Engagement Specialist Intern to join our Vendor Relations team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to support vendor engagement strategies across various industries, including Plumbing, Industrial, Fire Protection, HVAC, Electrical, Waterworks, Pumps, and Irrigation. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Vendor Relations, this role will be instrumental in strengthening relationships with Preferred Vendors, supporting local company teams, and enhancing Winsupply’s vendor engagement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesVendor Engagements:
  • Manage the external vendor portal to ensure Preferred Vendors, Rep Agencies, and partners stay updated on Winsupply-related activities and resources.
  • Oversee the weekly Sourcing Announcements, providing Local Companies with critical information on promotions, pricing updates, featured products, and industry news.
  • Assist the Vendor Relations team in coordinating dedicated industry events for Winsupply Local Companies.
Vendor Product Training:
  • Support the planning and execution of in-person and virtual product training events with Preferred Vendors and Local Companies.
Sports Partnerships:
  • Lead efforts to leverage established sports partnerships to host impactful events with customers and Local Companies.
  • Collaborate with the Vendor Relations team to amplify Winsupply’s brand through sports partnership engagements.

Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited university or college, either at the undergraduate or master’s level.
  • One semester post-graduation
