- Use Call Scripts – Deliver consistent, branded communication.
- Keep Job Data Accurate – Log notes, update customer details, and maintain schedules.
- Resolve Customer Concerns – Respond quickly and professionally to build loyalty.
- Support the Field Team – Relay job details to ensure clarity and smooth handoffs.
- Meet Sales & Service Goals – Help convert leads into booked jobs and positive reviews.
- Strong Communicator – You’re clear, friendly, and confident on the phone and in writing.
