We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Communications Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a vital member of our communications department, you will play an essential role in supporting our public relations initiatives and enhancing our organizational presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of various communication strategies that promote our brand and engage our audiences.Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and dissemination of press releases, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Manage and update social media platforms to enhance engagement and reach.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing events and community outreach activities.
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform communication strategies.
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing media coverage and communication metrics.
- Collaborate with various departments to collect and package content for internal communications.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on audience engagement.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools and content management systems is a plus.
