Description :Part Time BeauticianJOB SUMMARY:Provides hair care services in accordance with wishes of the patient/resident or family and ensures the safety of the patients/residents in the beauty shop.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESDemonstrates knowledge, skills, and techniques necessary to provide salon services to residents in an adult and geriatric setting.Attends any mandatory in-services by the employee’s anniversary date.Acts appropriately under the direction of the Administrator.Demonstrates ability to adjust to changes in unit/shift assignments to meet resident and facility needs.Demonstrates knowledge of and complies with the Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program when performing work functions.Administrative Duties:Performs all scheduled salon services.Assists in the maintenance of all resident files that receive salon services.Assists in answering phone in absence of receptionist.Assists in the resident/non-resident billing and tracking.Demonstrates responsibility for maintaining the cleanliness of the salon department.Education : High SchoolLicences & certifications Beautician
