- Preferred relevant work experience minimum 5 to 8 years
- Must have experience with Cisco Routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP)
- Must have experience with Cisco switching (Cisco enterprise switching and Nexus 7K/5K/2K platforms)
- Preferred working experience on products - ISR, ASR, Wireless controller, NXOS
- Experience supporting both wired and wireless network solutions, SDWAN, Meraki etc.
- Must have good knowledge of Ticket and Incident management
- Analyze and isolate issues.
- Follow escalation procedures and escalate as per the process
- Participate in on-call support
