- Technical Product Analyst, who has the ability to refine both technology and business request to understand customer value and impacts.
- The product analyst must be a highly collaborative individual responsible for driving discovery effort with architects, principal engineer, technologist and other product analyst to determine the right solution to solve the problem.
- Take Product prioritized items, execute appropriate discovery activities with the requestor, appropriate business SMEs, architeture and engineer.
- Understand the value of the problem to be solved, determine the anticipated customer experience, operational processes, work with technology to determine the solution plan/feasabilty to ultimately plan against a product roadmap.
- Banking experience specifically in Card/Payment experience only .
