- Proactively connect with Spanish- and English-speaking clients to identify needs and recommend solutions.
- Market and explain insurance options across auto, home, life, health, and financial products.
- Manage applications, policy changes, renewals, and service requests efficiently.
- Educate clients through consultative, needs-based conversations.
- Build trust, drive retention, and contribute to referral growth.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (required).
- Active Property & Casualty license and/or Life & Health license (preferred). Not licensed yet? We provide support to help you obtain them.
- State Farm agency or insurance experience is a strong plus.
- Proficiency with computer systems and strong organizational skills.
