- Demonstrated ability to process, analyze, and model in geospatial software (e.g., ERDAS Imagine and Esri ArcGIS Pro).
- Demonstrated ability to learn new geospatial software, such as Metashape, eCognition, Google Earth Engine, ENVI, and Fusion.
- Experience in earth sciences and knowledge of airborne/satellite imagery.
- Professional certification, or relevant coursework in geography, GIS, or remote sensing, and five (5) years of relevant professional work experience in geospatial analysis and modeling.
- Bachelor's degree related to geography, GIS, remote sensing, or physical / biological / environment / natural resource discipline with substantive coursework in geospatial analysis and modeling, and three (3) years of relevant professional work experience in geospatial analysis and modeling.
- Graduate degree related to geography, GIS, remote sensing, or physical / biological / environment / natural resource discipline with substantive coursework in geospatial analysis and modeling, and one (1) year of relevant professional work experience in geospatial analysis and modeling.
- PhD degree related to geography, GIS, remote sensing, or physical / biological / environmental discipline, including emphasis or coursework in geospatial analysis and modeling.

- Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications including but not limited to, Microsoft Office Applications and computer-assisted engineering and design software.
